Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made up to 14 days before the trip will receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made up to 7 days before the trip will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the trip are non-refundable due to prior arrangements with accommodations and activity providers.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures.
Trip Modifications: TurfnTarmac reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or accommodations in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or availability issues. We will make every effort to provide similar alternatives.
Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for ensuring they are fit to participate in adventure activities. TurfnTarmac and Sonia Jain are not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the trip. We strongly advise that you have travel insurance covering adventure activities.
Personal Conduct: Participants are expected to respect local culture, environment, and other participants. Any behavior deemed disruptive may result in removal from the trip without refund.
Liability Disclaimer: TurfnTarmac and Sonia Jain are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the trip. While we prioritize your safety and enjoyment, participation is at your own risk.
Image & Media Consent: By joining the trip, you consent to photos and videos taken during the trip being used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform us in writing.
Privacy Policy: Your personal information will be used solely for booking and trip communication purposes. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
